The STAR (Strategic Transformation Achievement Recognition) award is the third prestigious award presented to a volunteer who has strategically transformed HBA. This individual stands apart as an exemplary role model to others due to demonstrated long-term commitment to gender parity and the ability to help the HBA further its mission and goals.
