Sciensano launches the 9th COVID-19 health survey with the focus on how we experience the 4th COVID-19 wave. We reached over 60,000 people with our previous surveys, can we also count on you this time?

Fill out the survey

The 9th COVID-19 health survey awaits you

Are you 18 years or older and living in Belgium? Then complete our online survey before the 24th of December 2021. This will only take 15 minutes of your time.

Why participate?

By participating, you help our scientists and policy makers:

  • learn more about the long-term consequences of the coronavirus crisis. Are we sleeping worse than before? How is our life satisfaction evolving? What is the impact on loneliness?
  • answer questions that are very important at this moment. How do we deal with the strengthening of the measures? What is our attitude towards the booster vaccination?

Your participation really makes a difference!

Would you like to help us even more?

Then share our questionnaire via email, Facebook, Twitter… with your contacts. We appreciate it tremendously!
