From the editor-in-chief: On Eversana’s acquisition of Healthware Group

Digital
Eversana Healthware

As you may have read already, Healthware Group, the parent company of pharmaphorum, has been acquired by Eversana.

It’s the latest step in a long relationship between the two entities – Healthware has long been in a joint venture with InTouch Solutions, which itself was acquired by Eversana two years ago, just before I joined the pharmaphorum team.

It was only a year before that that pharmaphorum joined the Healthware family through another acquisition.

The good news for you, our readers, contributors, and commercial partners, is that nothing has changed about pharmaphorum’s mission or values. We will continue to be an editorially independent publication that carefully labels our sponsored and partner content and ensures that all content, sponsored or editorial, provides thought leadership to the industry and value to you. Our mission remains, as ever, to educate, inform, engage, and connect pharmaceutical industry leaders and to equip them to thrive in healthcare’s evolving digital future.

Our acquisition by Healthware only strengthened the publication, giving us more resources that allowed us to launch our new website, hire top talent, and cover events around the world. Being part of the Healthware family has been a positive experience for the team and we expect no less from our new relationship with Eversana.

With the acquisition, Eversana gains a world-class editorially independent publication covering the pharma industry, and pharmaphorum gains the support of a global organisation with offerings and connections across the life sciences world. We can’t wait to see what we can do together.
