EVERSANA INTOUCH Healthware

Life sciences service provider (and pharmaphorum parent company) Eversana has completed the integration of Healthware Group, the Italy-based global agency and consultancy it acquired in October. The group will now be known as Eversana Intouch Healthware and will operate as Eversana’s sixth full-service affiliate.

The affiliate encompasses most of the former Healthware Group, but events, media, and publishing, including Frontiers Health and pharmaphorum, will maintain their current branding elsewhere in Eversana’s corporate structure.

Other Eversana full service affiliates include Eversana Intouch Solutions, Eversana Intouch Proto, Eversana Intouch Seven, Eversana Intouch Engage, and Eversana Intouch Oxygen. Eversana also has four specialty affiliates: Eversana Intouch Media, Eversana Intouch Tech & Transformation, Eversana Intouch MedComm, and Eversana Intouch Market Access.

Eversana Intouch Healthware will serve clients around the world, leveraging its staff’s multilingual capabilities and understanding of EU regulations. It has offices in Italy, Finland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

"More than ever, our clients need partners with global strategy and integrated commercial solutions to bring brands to life around the world,” Eversana CEO Jim Lang said in a statement. “Now, through the expanded full-service affiliate of Eversana Intouch Healthware and coupled with Roberto’s new role driving greater innovation and transformation for clients, we’re positioned to deliver greater value to clients and their brands than ever before.”

As Lang alluded, the announcement also comes with some staffing changes: Fulvio Fortini, SVP and managing director at Healthware Group, will lead the affiliate, while Healthware’s founder and CEO Roberto Ascione moves into a larger role at Eversana.

"Today marks a significant milestone in the ongoing journey of our team, and the continued commitment to driving meaningful impact for our clients," Ascione said in a statement. "In an era where brands are increasingly challenged to meet the diverse needs of patients globally, innovative strategies are paramount. We are excited to harness our expertise to deliver customised, technology-driven solutions that effectively tackle the unique challenges confronting our clients in this ever-evolving landscape.”

As president of health innovation, Ascione will be “responsible for driving health innovation solutions and connecting opportunities for clients across the globe,” according to Eversana.
